Our aromatic red cedar is sourced from the tranquil woods of the Pacific Northwest.
Infrared Sauna (Dry)
Immerse yourself in the deep, therapeutic heat of our dry infrared sauna.
Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat warms the body from within, enhancing circulation, relieving muscular tension, and supporting long-term mobility.
You can switch the infrared control on or off at any time during your session in The Recovery Suite.
Steam Sauna
The Recovery Suite offers you the luxury and flexibility of steam sauna, too.
We use premium olivine-diabase sauna stones, which are subvolcanic rock mined from Western Finland. They have proven heat-storage capacity and durability under extreme temperature shifts.
A small pour of water vaporizes instantly on contact, creating a balanced steam that elevates both heat and humidity.
It’s a precise thermal environment designed to support your recovery, circulation, and deep relaxation.
Organic Aromatherapy
Optional aromatherapy—made from carefully-selected organic essential oils—adds a restorative botanical layer to your session. Use of the essential oils is included with your access to The Recovery Suite.
Place just a few drops of the essential oils in the dedicated oil cup in the sauna to experience the relaxation benefits of aromatherapy during your sauna time.
Note: Essential oils are only to be used in this dedicated vessel. Not ingested, on the body, in the cold plunge, shower, steam rocks or anywhere else in the suite.
Cold Plunge for Contrast Therapy
Our cold plunge delivers invigorating full-body refreshment—ideal after an infrared sauna session.
Alternating heat and cold, known as contrast therapy, is a proven recovery protocol used by athletes and wellness seekers alike.¹

Private Shower
Before you start your session and in between cold plunges and sauna, rinse off in the private shower. It’s right within The Recovery Suite for your convenience and privacy.
It’s also perfect for a less intense alternative to the cold plunge in between sauna sessions, as you can control the water temperature of the shower.
Note: Showering each time before entering the cold plunge is a mandatory requirement, as it helps to keep The Recovery Suite hygienic.

Connect your phone to our private Bluetooth speaker and set the tone—chill ambient music, meditation tracks, or anything that helps you unwind.
Note: Remember to leave your phone outside of the sauna.
