Castro

castro personal trainer

Castro is a results-driven personal trainer specializing in strength training, functional fitness, and longevity-focused programming for adults who want sustainable, pain-free progress.

Originally from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Castro grew up immersed in athletics, competing in soccer for eleven years and baseball for fifteen. His early competitive background built a deep understanding of movement quality, conditioning, and disciplined performance.

These are principles that continue to shape his coaching philosophy today.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Castro brings structure, accountability, and resilience into every training relationship.

During his military service, including deployment to Iraq, he sustained knee and back injuries that required extensive rehabilitation. That experience reshaped how he approaches fitness. Today, he prioritizes intelligent progression, joint-friendly strength building, and long-term durability over short-term intensity.

Castro works with clients who want meaningful, lasting results.

Whether rebuilding muscle after injury, improving body composition, enhancing conditioning, or restoring confidence. He is especially skilled at designing knee- and back-friendly training programs that help clients build strength safely while protecting their joints.

Castro emphasizes posture improvement and core stability, particularly for professionals navigating the physical strain of long hours at a desk.

His goal is to help clients address imbalances before they become limitations. He focuses on building strength that supports everyday life, recreation, and longevity.

At Transformation Personal Training, Castro’s mission is simple: help clients develop functional strength, physical resilience, and mental confidence that carry over into every area of life.

Jackie

Jackie’s foundation in fitness was established early, training under former NFL players as a fifth grader and later competing as a Division I tennis player at Gonzaga University.

Those years shaped her understanding of discipline, athletic preparation, and what it means to show up with intention—lessons that continue to guide her coaching today.

Her path, however, has been far more than athletic achievement. After college, Jackie navigated—and overcame—an eating disorder that transformed her perspective on health and the body.

Through that experience, she developed a deep respect for balance, nourishment, and the emotional side of training.

It’s where her commitment to helping clients build strong, confident, sustainable relationships with fitness truly began. Jackie’s approach blends functional athletic training with smart, results-driven programming.

She specializes in body recomposition, helping clients shed fat, build lean muscle, and move with more power, fluidity, and ease.

Her background in court-sport movement and hip/lumbar spine corrective work allows her to design workouts that not only shape the body, but also improve long-term function, posture, and joint health.

Every session with Jackie reflects her belief that training should help you feel capable—in the gym, in daily life, and everywhere in between.

Jackie blends technical expertise with a warm, steady coaching style.

She adapts programming to the individual, listens closely, and ensures that each client progresses safely, efficiently, and confidently toward their goals—whether that’s weight loss, muscle building, improved performance, or feeling great for a special event.

While Jackie loves the structure and science of effective training, what matters most to her is the human side of the work.

She’s there to support your mindset, celebrate your wins, and help you build a relationship with fitness that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. As a female personal trainer, she also understands the issues women face in their bodies and can modify workouts to address those.

When you train with Jackie, you’re not just improving your physique—you’re building strength, resilience, and trust in what your body can do.

Dalton

Dalton is a dedicated personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness, movement, and nutrition. He grew up in Caledonia, Michigan, raised alongside his brother by their mom, where sports and discipline played a central role in his upbringing.

From an early age, Dalton immersed himself in basketball, football, and soccer, developing a deep appreciation for biomechanics performance, physical conditioning, and the connection between training, recovery, and overall health.

Dalton’s approach to training is deeply personal. After experiencing his own struggles with a bulging disc and cervical facet syndrome, he was forced to reevaluate traditional training methods and rethink how the body truly needs to move in order to heal and perform.

Rather than stepping away from fitness, Dalton leaned in, educating himself extensively on spine health, mobility training, corrective exercise, and pain-reduction programming. This journey transformed him into an expert in functional movement, posture, core stability, and joint-friendly strength training.

Today, Dalton specializes in designing custom fitness programs that reduce pain, improve mobility, and build resilient, healthy spines. His work is especially impactful for clients dealing with neck pain, back pain, disc issues, or recurring injuries, as well as those looking to prevent future problems through smarter training.
