Our Personal Training Process

  1. Movement Evaluation

Your initial session is where we’ll use our proven proprietary method to evaluate your flexibility, proprioception, imbalances (areas in your body that are stronger or need more work).

It accounts for mobility, range of motion, joint strength, pain (where it comes from), gait, balance, lifestyle, diet and nutrition, fitness attitude, previous surgeries, injuries, conditions and overall health.

Any specific goals you have and activities you want to improve (such as golf swing) or even day-to-day functional activities will be noted.

2. Custom Fitness Plan

Your personal trainer will develop a unique and completely-tailored fitness and nutrition plan to reflect and address what was uncovered in your initial session.

Milestones will be established for your fitness journey to work toward a full-body transformation.

We’ll make goals that you didn’t even know you had. Additionally, we’ll set goals for the mind.

Every session you have from here on out will work toward these milestones.

3. Implementation

This is where we put your custom program into action together. You’ll have a trusted professional and confidante coaching you on your fitness journey. Never will you feel alone in the process.

In fact, we guarantee you’ll have fun and enjoy some laughs during your sessions!

Each session, we will take stock of how you’re feeling. We’ll address anything that has come up in your day-to-day activities since your last session.

Training Formats

Private Personal Training

Do you crave the accountability and results associated with private personal training?

Transformation’s one-to-one fitness coaching gives you 1-hour private sessions dedicated to your custom fitness program.

Your trainer will customize your workout every session to meet you “where you’re at” physically and mentally.

We require clients make a commitment to their health by attending at minimum 2 sessions per week for the best health outcomes, inside and out.

Private training sessions are held in a semi-private shared fitness space located in Downtown Asheville.

This is the most bespoke program we offer. Experience a complete transformation of both mind, body and overall health like you never believed to be possible.

Semi-Private Training

Would you love to experience personalized fitness with a friend or loved one?

Our semi-private personal training format is an exclusive opportunity for you and 1 other to embark on a transformative fitness journey together.

Expert personal trainers will guide both of you through customized workouts tailored to each of your unique goals and needs, ensuring you both achieve the goals you created during your Initial Assessments + Proprietary Movement Evaluations.

With the perfect blend of individualized attention and the motivating company of your companion during the 1-hour session, you'll find the support and encouragement you need to elevate your health pillars.

Virtual Personal Training

Do you live outside of Asheville or have weeks when getting to the studio just isn’t possible?

Our live virtual personal training sessions give you the same expert coaching, accountability, and personalized programming you’d receive in our downtown Asheville studio, all delivered in real time—wherever you are.

Whether you’re traveling, navigating a packed schedule, or living beyond the Asheville area, you’ll stay consistent, build strength, and keep your wellness routine on track with a trainer who knows your body and your goals inside and out.
