How Small Group Training Works

Our small group classes are limited to up to 6 people, so the trainer can coach closely without the class feeling crowded.

You will not have the trainer to yourself for the full hour, the way you would in private personal training. But you will be coached, corrected, progressed, and supported throughout the class.

Each class may include:

  • Strength training

  • HIIT-inspired conditioning

  • Mobility and stability work

  • Core training

  • Recovery and nutrition guidance

  • Exercise adjustments based on your individual plan

Are these beginner-friendly classes?

Yes. Just like it goes for our private personal training, all fitness levels are welcome. Your individual workout within the class will be tailored your fitness level.

When do they take place?

Classes will happen weekly, Monday through Sunday. Please contact us to inquire about our latest time table.

Our small group training in Asheville starts with a 1:1 initial assessment and movement evaluation for $75. After that, small group training sessions are $45 per session.
